This program is designed to strengthen your parenting skills and bring back the FUN in parenting. Learn easy techniques that will increase the odds of raising responsible children and build strong, healthy relationships.
I have a question. If you really enjoyed a hobby and were pretty good at it but you wanted to improve, what would you do? You would probably look for a class or another way to increase your knowledge. The same is with parenting. Whether you are soaring or barely getting by, this is the place to start.
For educational professionals, imagine the positive impact when parents begin to use the same language when they deal with misbehavior. Children learn through modeling, not just through parents, but educators as well. When you begin to use the same language, this provides consistency between families and educators.

- Understand the "C.O.O.L." Formula
- “Helicopter,” “Drill Sergeant,” and “Consultant” styles of parenting
- Creating environments that stimulate responsibility, resiliency, and academic achievement
- Setting the stage for children to make mistakes
- Avoiding power struggles while setting limits
- Teaching character and responsibility through modeling and the application of logical consequences instead of punishment
- Staying calm in stressful situations---the power of silence
- Helping children become prepared to resist dangerous behaviors

Looking to bring Becoming a Love and Logic Training to your organization? We offer on-site Becoming a Love and Logic Parent Trainings. Training can be facilitated in one day or over a 4 week period. Training includes class discussion, video stories and demonstrations to apply Love and Logic techniques in real life situations.
