Christi Smith, President, has over 20 years experience in the child care industry which includes not-for-profit and for profit organizations serving children ages birth through teens. Experience includes leading multi-site child care locations and overseeing 375 employees.
Christi has an MBA with emphasis in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Child and Family Development. She specializes in leadership development and guides leaders to tap into their under utilized talents. Her lifelong passion has been to coach and mentor individuals to fulfill her motto: To Capture Teachable Moments that Last a Lifetime.
Christi is also an independent facilitator for Becoming a Love and Logic Parent and Early Childhood Parenting Made Fun®.
Christi has participated in several community activities supporting child care initiatives which include:

- Adjunct Professor for flex-ed business programs
- Participates on the Kansas Child Care Best Team
- Participated on the Kansas Pre-K initiative
